FAQ
Questions parents ask us
Can't see your question? Ask us at your assessment.
- How big are your classes?
- Never more than six students per class — and the average class runs with just three or four, so your child is seen every lesson.
- Are the tutors qualified teachers?
- Yes. Our tutors are qualified educators with real credentials, not first-year university students reading from a script.
- When should we start OC or Selective prep?
- We run OC preparation across Terms 1 and 2 of Year 4, the optimal window, and map out the Selective timeline with you. Book a diagnostic assessment and we'll advise for your child.
- What is the diagnostic assessment?
- A one-to-one session — 60 minutes for one subject, or 90 minutes across Maths and English — that shows us exactly where your child stands. Every assessment ends with a free 30-minute consultation where we tell you plainly what we saw.
- What is the online homework platform?
- Every homework question is marked online and explained, so you and your tutor can see exactly what's clicked and what needs another pass — between lessons, too.
- Do you support Korean-speaking families?
- Yes — Korean-speaking families are welcome and Korean-language support is available. 한국어 상담 가능.
- What are your fees?
- Group classes are $50 an hour and 1:1 sessions are $100 an hour, plus materials and GST. Diagnostic assessments are $90 or $132, and a trial lesson is $110 — full details on the Fees page.
